Details:

Polytetrafluoroethylene can be formed by compression or extrusion processing; It can also be made into aqueous dispersions for coating, impregnation, or fiber making.

Polytetrafluoroethylene is widely used in industries such as atomic energy, national defense, aerospace, electronics, electrical, chemical, mechanical, instrument, construction, textile, metal surface treatment, pharmaceutical, medical, textile, food, metallurgical smelting, etc. as a high and low temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant material, insulation material, anti adhesive coating, etc., making it an irreplaceable product.

Polytetrafluoroethylene has outstanding comprehensive performance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, non stick, self-lubricating, excellent dielectric properties, and very low friction coefficient. Used as engineering plastic, it can be made into polytetrafluoroethylene pipes, rods, strips, plates, films, etc. It is generally used in corrosion-resistant pipelines, containers, pumps, valves with high performance requirements, as well as radar, high-frequency communication equipment, wireless electrical materials, etc. Adding any filler that can withstand the sintering temperature of PTFE can greatly improve its mechanical properties while maintaining other excellent properties of PTFE. The types of fillers include glass fiber, metal, metal oxide, graphite, molybdenum disulfide, carbon fiber, polyimide, EKONOL, etc. The wear resistance and ultimate PV value can be increased by 1000 times.

The polytetrafluoroethylene pipe is made of suspension polymerized polytetrafluoroethylene resin through plunger extrusion processing. Polytetrafluoroethylene has the best chemical corrosion resistance and dielectric properties among known plastics. Polytetrafluoroethylene woven packing is a good dynamic sealing material, which is woven from expanded polytetrachloroethylene strips. It has excellent properties such as low friction coefficient, wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, good sealing performance, non hydrolysis, and constant hardness. Liner seals and lubricating materials used for working in various media, as well as electrical insulation components, capacitor media, wire insulation, electrical instrument insulation, etc. used at various frequencies. Polytetrafluoroethylene film is suitable for use as capacitor dielectric, insulation layer for special cables, wire insulation, electrical instrument insulation, and sealing gaskets. It can also be used as non adhesive tape, sealing tape, and demolding. In addition, the inner lining of non stick pots used in daily life is also made of polytetrafluoroethylene, which utilizes its high-temperature resistance and non stick characteristics.
